Default Can I have multiple options boxes using the multiplication factor?

I have a drop down box for a Length option that is used to multiply the price by the value in the drop down box. So in the drop down is 2x, 4x, 8x. These multiply the price by this amount depending on Length chosen.

But I would like to add another drop down box that will multiply total price again, this time Height. But when I add this the first drop down box above is not used anymore.

So can only one Option using a drop down multiplication box be used?

    Thanks

    Hi

I was wondering if anyone had an idea for this problem?

Basically if I add a second drop down box using multiplication of the price, the first drop down box which also multiplies does not work anymore.

    Thanks

What I have done for another similar is price this by the sq ft, or sq meter or??

Then provide for them entering the total sq?? in the qty box

thanks kobra but that wont help me. the store sells curtains and customers need to enter whatever width they want (its priced per width) so there's unlimted values they can enter.

I have tried 2 solutions for this:-

    1. Use a drop down box for quantities (1 to 10 say) that multiplies the price by 1 to 10. But as I have another drop down box for an additional attribute used for multiplying its not working.

    2. Add in an extra text box that will multiply the price by the value entered as per this thread but this does not work either, it just adds the value and not multiplies it. http://www.zen-cart.com/forum/showthread.php?t=33423

Perhaps if anyone can give pointers at what functions to modify to multiply the final product price by a value entered in an extra form textbox I add it will help.

    Thanks

So is it priced by width or by total sq something ?

    Maybe:
    $1.00/ft up to 63in
    $1.50/ft up to 84in
    $2.00/ft up to 103in

I have managed to find a solution (although lots of hacking went on so dont how stable it is!). Took me all day yesterday. I decided to look again into adding a Text box using the cost per letter attribute and multiplying the entered amount against the attributes prices to get the final amount. So that takes care of the Width of curtain. This thread helped me start but didn't work so had to play around with it quite extensively: http://www.zen-cart.com/forum/showthread.php?t=33423.

I dont know in total what/where I modified things as it was late and things were dragging on so was in a rush so if anyone wants these files and use a file compare program to see what mods I did that would be fine. But what complicated it for me is I have a 1 time charge that is applied to each quantity of curtain (to hem the sides of curtains) which must not be multiplied by the width box, but only the quantity box.

P.S. This is some Net Curtains on the site. The store sells net curtains and the user chooses the drop (say 30cm at £2.25 per metre). The user then must enter their width in metres as its priced by the metre and they can enter anything in multiples of 0.1 so there would be hundreds of lengths if this was a drop down/radio. There is also a drop down called Fulllness (to get the curves in the curtains) that already multiplies the value (hence the width or quantity as a drop down did not work as it only allowed one drop down multiplier). And then of course there needs to be the Quantity box (so couldn't use that for the Width).
