Am I able to install 2 stores on the same database?
So, the 2 stores would have the exact same catalog but have the look and template of their store with their domain name.

You may run into problems with sideboxes or other things that have specified locations. Like EzPages links. That's just one thing to think about.

You probably need the MultiSite module, available in Downloads.
