IDEAL Payments - Socket Error

I've sucessfuly tested IDEAL on the banks test system, passed all the tests required and now have an active account on Live. Confirmed by IDEAL

I changed my URL in IDEAL config to point to the live system, uploaded MY Cert to live config.

But now in my shopping cart i get..

"Could not get banks. Unable to open socket:"

Any Ideas.
