Hi Conor,

Just to let you know everything is working great now. As I was completing the configuration of an installation by another person I decided to reinstall the protx module afresh and it fixed it. I also got Blowfish working as well.

Hello Conor,

I still didn't get the Protx module working (yet still with the VSP Simulaor). It seems it works but there is no transactions at the simulator site.

I know that the Zen Cart "knocks at the door", since when I changed the vendorname, it says - cannot find such a name. BUT with a correct name, it does not leave any traces on "Transactions". And the Zen Cart goes back to the credit card details. No warnings in red (as with the vendorname).

I reinstalled the module as the person above - no changes.

Can you point out where can be the problem?

By the way what is the "Scripting language"? Is it PHP or Javascript?

You should be using the "Test" transaction mode, not the "VSP Simulator". Transactions will then show up in the "Test" transaction VSP admin.

Both PHP and JavaScript are used.

Since you haven't compelted your Protx application yet it's no surprise that you don't have a transaction history! :) This is available only with the test or live accounts.

Put "PHP" as the scripting language, although it really doesn't matter.

It did last time I checked.. The simulator doesn't have a transaction history as far as I know.

That's incorrect.

You should be able to get a test account with Protx. Then once you get your merchant account you go go back to your Protx application and enter your merchant account number.

Everyone uses the test transaction mode to test the module - I suggest you do too.

Hello there,

Anyone else getting problems with Maestro Cards lately?

Some of our customers contacted us that they get "Internet Explorer cannot read the page format" and the error code is 406: Not Acceptable when they use Maestro. I just tested it and it is the case and im not sure why. Tested Visa, MasterCard, Visa Debit and Elektron and all of them works.

Tested Solo and the same error appears but only when there is no Start Date entered. But doesn't most Solo cards does not have this?

Main problem is Maestro, whether I enter Start Date or not, the error appears. Is this with Protx? Maestro? or with our site? Never had this problem before and have received quite a bit of Maestro payments in the past.

Had a client reporting Mastercard (same thing I think) problems with Paypal a day or two back. This may be a Mastercard / Maestro issue.
