Multi-Address Shipping?

I'm looking for a method of having items from a single order marked with different shipping addresses. For example, if a customer has items A, B, and C in their cart, I'm hoping to have them send item A to Grandma, B to themselves, and C to their business for example.

I've noticed a few osCommerce modules with multi-address functionality, does Zen Cart have anything similar?

This has not been added to Zen Cart at this time, nor have I seen an add-on for it but you might check the Downloads at the top of the screen and see if you find anything via the new Search feature ...
