Thanks for your suggestions. I've updated to ver 1.38, updated database as well1.38... Now its totally different issue :)

Hi, I have uploaded to v1.3.8, tried the file uploaded by dr.Byte, but still having the error, can anybody help?

I am using php5.2.2 with apache 1.3.37.

The zip file, after being successfully downloaded, shown this error when opened: start of central directory not found; Zip file corrupt.

I removed the .htaccess file inside download/ folder and the files were able to be downloaded & opened by direct linking to them, so the problem must be within thee Zen-Cart code for transferring the files.

You can try to go to the folder directly in http://webextremecustomiser.com/download/

Done with the problem, if you found a similar problem, try checking your Zen-Cart root installation folder, find a folder named "pub" and change its permission to 777.

Thanks for posting the solution that you had just forgotten to set the permissions on the directory /pub ... always a help to others ...
