Download corrupt

this is happening to me too. I set up a test product file today and it is showing on the server the zip is whole. But when i download it to my pc it downloads with a much smaller size and the zip folder is empty.

I am having the issue as well...
I am on a Linux server
the zip file error is empty but if you right click all files are in there.
this happens on IE but not on Firefox.....
Host is HostGator & they claim it is purely coding on the cart... i opened a ticket anyway.
Any help is appreciated....i'm desperate.
