Very odd Pop up box??

It doesnt popup using FireFox, only other browsers. How do i get rid of it?

I suspect you've been editing your files using cPanel -- which is not a good idea.

In your header you have an image which is linked to your cPanel:
"http://www.d2equip.com:2082/viewer/home%2fd2equip%2fpublic_html%"

And, since your cpanel area is "protected" with a password, it's asking for that password before it's willing to attempt to show you that image.
