red flag Customer Info Showing in Someone Elses Cart?

I have received this email message from a customer trying to order on my site, I have had similar messages from a few other customers as well:

"I would like to sign up for the Halloween Mystery Shawl but I keep getting other users info in my shopping cart. It says their Yahoo user name and shows the pattern they want. I am not sure what to do at this point. I thought about deleting their pattern from my order but I am worried about putting in my personal and Paypal info. I tried exiting out and going straight to my shopping cart and sure enough when I do that it shows that there is someone else's pattern in my cart. The Yahoo ID names keep changing. So I don't know if the system is somehow saving the info and displaying it for everyone."

My site does have an SSL certificate installed, I don't know why this would be happening.

    Who are you hosted with?
What is your setting for Admin->Configuration->Sessions->Session Recreate?

Have you promoted your site in emails or newsletters or any ad compaigns where you provided a URL link to your site? If that link contains a zenid parameter, then everyone who clicks on that link will see each others' information. So ... don't publish links with zenids.

I have promoted with links, how do I know if I am using a zenid?

    Thanks for your help.

Okay, I checked this and the links that I have placed do have this - I deleted it from all the links. So is this the cause of this issue?
