    Default confused with main_page

    My problem is this:
I am reworking a site and I have the detail pages working fine with my template.
I have the index.php?main_page=shopping_cart also working fine.
I thought that the login and logoff pages would be in the same area, but they do not work properly. I kind of get the login page to work, but it has the old template in a smaller table within the new template. Very odd.
Is there a way to find just the code for the login script?

This has got to be an easy thing, but I have poured over all of the material I could think to find on this. I don't know what I am overlooking.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

In what way are you reworking the site? If you are trying to make Zen Cart display inside a non-ZC template, you are going to run into continual hassles. It is not designed to work that way.

    Sorry for the confusion.
I am reworking kingkooker.com which was already using ZenCart. I think I am having trouble locating some of the files that control http://www.kingkooker.com/shop/index...ain_page=login
If you look at http://www.kingkooker.com/rights.php you will see the new design I am trying to use. I have managed to get http://www.kingkooker.com/shop/index...=shopping_cart and the search pages to have my new design for the shell, but when I do the login page, it uses my new design AND the old one as if it is just putting the old one inside of a frame... if that makes any sense.
I have tried placing template files inside the same custom template directory that made the shopping cart and search pages work properly, but for some reason, the login pages seem to be pulling their information for menu and header graphics from some other place.
    Any ideas?

I'm not sure what you want us to do. There is no trace of Zen Cart structure in the output of your new design, so there is nothing we can give advice on.

A quick look around tells me someone has written a php / html site , then used the zencart part at the very end for shopping cart stuff.

You can rework it all but its gonna be hassle as every page that has been added will need to be re written. You will be better off taking your design and trying to implement that into a new zen cart install, then porting the products into it. You can then take advantage of all the added extras zen gives you.

From experience i know reworking other peoples work is always a nightmare.

    Good luck

I think you are right, I will probably have to throw out the whole thing and start from scratch. At least then I know all mistakes will be all my own. :)

yes, I know. Unfortunately the site is live and I cannot take the pages down to show as an example. Thank you for taking a look though.
