500 Internal Server Error

I've been searching the boards for an hour trying to find a solution for this, and come up empty handed. I'm getting a random 500 internal server error on product pages. Not all the time, and not always the same page. Yesterday it was fine for a little bit, but today the problem is back. I have NO idea what's causing this, but it's been going on for some time. I've changed nothing in the last several months that I can think of. Error log says "Premature end of script headers". Current version of Zen, Store is: http://www.soy-wax-candles.com/store/

Please help, this is becoming a real problem.

Try removing the SEO url's mod to see if this straighten's it out and if so re-track the mod install & setup

I've already tried that. Disabled it and the problem is still there.

Check your webpage logs for error messages?
Usually they'll point to a specific file and help narrow the problem.

Disable it and leave it disabled so that I or others can see the actual cpath that is being used. As with it re-written can not tell what the issue might be

Nope has nothing to do with that. I sent in a support ticket to my host and here was the response:

The Domain www.soy-wax-candles.com/store/ is using large amount of resources on the server. The domain is in failover plan. In failover plan a domain cannot run any process that consumes more than 20% of available CPU at any time and your domain crossed that limit. So kindly optimize your script. You may contact your site developer for assistance. Please see the following logs.

I have no idea what this all means, but to me they are saying to drop them and go look for a new host.

Nope has nothing to do with that.

I only referenced this as this masks the true cpath url and can not be troubleshot correctly/easily when masked.

I see where your host seems to throttling your account and this might be the issue.

if 1 zen cart is using 20% of the cpu either you have serious issues with your cart or the host has serious issues with their setup....

Yup I'm moving this week. A friend recommended another host that she runs several carts on. It has a reseller account too, which is a huge plus in my book since I have so many other sites. I'm testing out their basic account first to see if it plays nice. I did look at the zen recommended hosts, and there was no way they would work (sorry, need a little more than 1k MB of space!).

I'm just getting sick of moving this site around - this will be the second time this year for basically the same reason!

As one of the certified hosts I can say that we definitly offer more than a GB of space...

but onthe other side Im glad that you found someone that has been recommended and will work for you
