    Default CC information for offline processing

    Hello,

    I have followed the FAQ for offline payment processing but for some reason i am not getting the email with the order confirmation, i am not sure if it is related to this or if i have changed a setting somewhere in error.

    Any other ways of payment and i get a confirmation email.. not sure why am not getting confirmation emails when using the CC options from the payment section.

    Any ideas?

    Are you getting any of the emails generated by the program?

    What are your Settings in the Admin> Configuration> Email Settings?

    Hi there,

    Is there any specific setting i need to look at.I tried sending a order using check/money order and for a order email...

    I also changed send copy of create account emails to 1 and just created a account but didnt receive that email.

    Confused?? should i copy paste the while settings of my email options?

    ahh, seems to be fine now, i just read somewhere about using public email addresses such as hotmail and yahoo and cant be trusted.

    Changed it to my domain email address and hurray worked.
