Okay - your CURL communications appears to be fine as far as Linkpoint connectivity is concerned.
Let's turn on debug logging to find out what results are coming back from linkpoint:
Go to the Zen Cart Admin edit screen for your Linkpoint module -- click Edit.
Now add &debug=on to the end of the URL in the browser, and press Enter.
Scroll down to the bottom of the list and choose a logging option. Email is easiest in this case, as long as you can access the Store send-from email account as indicated in the Admin->Config->Options screen.
Now try a transaction and post the log details.

Thank you so much for all your help. Here's the log details, with address, etc. removed, of course. Looks like a connection problem, or problem with headers?

i also got an email confirmation for the order, btw. but when i confirm the order, i get that string of code rather than a confirmation of order. thanks again so much!
I all of a sudden have the same problem on our site.. Dr. Byte what/where is this option to turn off logging? The orders kick back that same PHP header error as noted above but the order still is successfully charged and noted to the customer via email as well as into zen cart. It just gives a bad impression for someone to see a bunch of php error code when they hit confirm on their order!!
That's all good.
Turn off the logging now, so the warnings disappear.
As for doing tests, you should always test real live transactions before opening your store to the public.

By golly, it works! You are a miracle worker, thank you so much. Can I donate to the Zen Cart fund in your honor?
Yes, the site is password protected so no one can place orders until we've fully tested the shopping cart.
YAY!
Absolutely.
Glad it's working!
