call for price problem - remove outline box?

I recently wanted to remove the call for price text and searched through the forum here and figured that out. But now that the text is gone, on the product pages there is still a box that USED to contain the text. The text is gone, but an empty box remains. Could someone point me in the right direction to remove this box?
