    Default Missing Parameter Error Message

    I have never seen this before but we have an order that when I click on it to get detail information, I get the following error message on the top of the screen "There was a problem retrieving transaction details. (Missing Parameter) 81131"

    Any ideas what this means? Thanks!

    If that order was paid-for via PayPal Express Checkout, then it's an error during an attempt to retrieve transaction details ... specifically that somehow the required TransactionID isn't being sent to them.
    Does this happen only with this *one* order?
    What differentiates this order from others?

    Thanks DrByte! Yes! this is a PayPal Express Checkout order and this is the first time this has happened and we've being using PPEC since it was released with ZC. I am not seing anything peculiar to this customer since thier address looks straight forward and it's a US address. Nothing about their order jumps at me.

    On the admin side, it looks like we received two exact order even though only one payment is showing PayPal. One order contains all the PayPal data and the other doesn't.

    At this point, I am content to delete the one that doesn't have all the data and keep the good order that is associated with PayPal payment.

    I just wanted to report this just in case there is really something wrong. I will keep tracking PPEC orders to see if this problem happens again.

    It seems very odd for an Express Checkout transaction to be duplicated for any reason.

    We're aware of some IPN duplications when PDT is used, but that shouldn't affect EC transactions in any way.
