after setting the sort order in your admin (10,20,30, ....) you have to make the right setting in admin/productinfo >> Previous Next - Sort Order

Products Display Order by
0= Product ID
1= Product Name
2= Model
3= Price, Product Name
4= Price, Model
5= Product Name, Model
6= Product Sort Order

the right setting is 6.
now the appearance sorting in the product info will be the same as your productlisting.
