I really hope someone can help me out here!

I made a zen site for a friend some time ago and she has been running it ok for a while.

For some reason she has changed the admin email address to her hotmail account.

She pressed the "forgotten password" link and it said a new password had been sent to the hotmail address. However, it never got there. So no she has no way of logging into the site as the email won't come through and the password has changed.

She has orders waiting and no idea what to do now!!

PLEASE can someone advise what to do?
