I too am having an issue with this module.

Could it be due to the fact that it hasn't been updated for 1.38? It says it is for 1.37.

My problem is after install.. using the "Section 2" for manually installing I have added it to the site. Everything looks fine yet when you click the Free Shipping option and hit continue nothing happens. The page just reloads. It becomes a never ending cycle of the shipping page.
