To answer my own question, in IE go to Page Setup and delete the header and footer entries. In Firefox, go to Page Setup and set all six header/footer windows to --blank--.

I use Firefox on a mac, and I don't have the header/footer options. Any idea how I can print invoices without my URL showing?

I figured it out. What I did might be different for other people depending on your printer. File/Print/then use the pull-down menu that starts with copies/pages and go to Firefox. Then you can set the URL to blank.
