Gift Que notifacation, but nothing to approve

Before I go having in the the database directly I was wondering, if there was a Zen Function to correct this.
I have a ZC that develop on that has had in the Admin a message in the master head there there is one gift cert to be approved. When you go there to approve it, there is nothing in the the que.
Question is there a Zen Function for this in the admin?
If there is not what tables do I need to mess w/ to get rid of this broken bit of data? It's just confusing.

The gift queue notice is determined by the results of this sql query:

select * from coupon_gv_queue where release_flag='N'

why dont you post the solution. the one I found was very manuel in the DB. I would have posted it if I had not felt that Dr. Byes was cue enough.

If you have gift Certificate to be approved, but. When you go there to approve it, there is nothing in the the que. You can do what DrByte says. You can go to PhpMyAdmin Data Base find coupon_gv_queue click on release_flag and click browse. You can fix it from there.
