Image Titles Support Thread

This turned out to require editing three different files, but it is essentially the same edit for each of them.
Also, I was notified that Image Titles did not support multiple languages. I confess it had never occurred to me since I use only English, but the fix was quite simple, using $_SESSION['language'] and the /buttons/your_language/ subfolder instead of /images/. So:

Version 1.1 is now available in Downloads.
Added support for multiple languages and centerbox headers.

- You can replace the standard Zen Cart featured/new/specials centerbox headers on all pages with images.
- If you use multiple languages, you can automatically display a different image for each language.

I'm not really sure how to use your mod. I'm new somewhat to Zen Cart and like everyone, still learning. Can you give me a small example that might help me to understand how to implement your mod? I would appreciate it very much!

Also I have an image that I want to use for the "categories" sidebox but I don't know what directory to put it in or what I should name the image file.

Hi Glenn... I have got it to work with one image so far so I hope that I can get it to work with all the others. Will let you know how things go... GREAT mod BTW:

ok... here's an update. I have got it to work on everything but:

Who's Online sidebox
New Products [more] sidebox
We Accept... (credit card mod sidebox)

I'm guessing that it's a naming convention error but I have tried most logical name changes and don't seem to be able to come up with one that works.

I really need some help with this - and I don't know where to start...
I'm sure it's a simple fix, but I really need some help!

Actually, I just looked at the page again and found this error message at the bottom of the index page:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: zen_get_generated_category_path_rev() in PATHREMOVED/includes/modules/aubizenred/new_products.php on line 69

Just installed the image titles mod, but my images 'spill' over the sidebox;



I can't find what could be causing it - I've removed the padding within the css file, but only moved it left slightly.

Any ideas at all please?

Hi there

I have installed Images for Titles and it seems to be working fine for the boxhead-xxxx but I am unable to get it to change the subcategory to be a picture. I have renamed my images as categoryname11.gif (11 being the number that ZC assigned that category in my admin) but when I upload the images, nothing changes.
