OK, I'll try my best to explain this...

I am running Zen 1.3.7. I have Super Orders 2.0 installed.
If a customer makes a purchase and selects to pay with check, when the check arrives, I go to Super Orders, Select the order number and click the Payment button. So far so good...

Up comes the Pop-up to enter the payment. I enter the check number, Cust name, Amount and select Type / Check.
I check the box next to "Update order status with Pre-Set status and Comments." I save and return to the order.

Problem: Now I'm back in the order screen. If I scroll down to the Status History, it shows the date of the payment I just entered, but the Status box is BLANK and the comments section shows "AUTO_COMMENTS_PAYMENT". It does not show a preset status or preset comments.

Am I doing something wrong? Is there a setting I should have or could update to correct this?
