Default Inport of data from Excel via easy populate

    Hi All!
    Quick thought, any help appreciated.
I've got about 1500 items to import to a zen shop, and I've installed easy populate and constructed an excel file using the sample_output_file as a template.
When I import I get all the categories and sub categories OK , but no products.
Easy populate shows the import as OK until the last line and has 'New Product!' after each line , but has a final error of:-

    | 104406 | http://www | Group Pack | Contents:& | | Group Pack | Contents:& | | Group Pack | Contents:& | | 2 | 0 | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | Sale | | | Taxable Go | Active !New Product!

    | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | |

No products_id field in record. This line was not imported

This item 104406 is the last item.

I suspect the 'No products_id' is just easy populate finding EOF but I can't find this in any documentation.
Does easy populate require there to be a quantity in stock in order to populate the zen database?
Any other suggestions why easy populate is only importing categories and not products.

    Many Thanks

    Kenny

Since all your categories are showing up it sounds like your products may be there, just not "active". Did you look in the admin panel to see if they're there, but not active? If that's the case you can make them active by re-importing your file with just the v_products_model, v_status, & EOREOR fields, with the status field set to 1 (at least that's the case for the version of EP that I use).

The no products_id is just the end of the import, it's not finding the next field it's looking for for a new record.

Did you check in your admin panel - configuration - easy populate?
Are you sure you are allowed to import 1500 products all at once? And maybe there is says that products without any stock quantity should be made inactive?

Just checking cause this might be the easy solution?
