I first uploaded admin/includes/languages/english/event_manager.php thru my host cPanel and got rid of the TABLE_HEADING... etc... Once that was fix, instead of uploading all the files one at a time, I uploaded them using my FTP software on Binary mode. Everything works perfect now.
