Wrong date on header

Hi,

I am hoping to get some help on fixing the wrong date issue("Thursday 03 August, 2006") on top of my site: we cant be beat.com
I guess it has to do something with the templatemonster template but I am unable to figure out how to correct it or even remove it.
On the other hand, I also want to get rid of the empty first section (titled "Home") in middle block. I tried to play with layout settings in zc admin but no help.

Any help is highly appreciated.

Yes I've gone through that post. I wish I knew it earlier about TM templates. I also tried to get in touch with TM support only to waste most of my time. I was hoping to find the file that may be handling this wrong date and empty middle box on the main page
