Hi, www.KKToysUK.co.uk, we are trying to find out if the following is possible! If a customer buys 5 products the same but we only have 2 in stock, they can pay for all 5, but will the screen/delivery note/invoice show that 2 have been shipped and 3 to follow? Also when we enter the new stock when it arrives will it automatically allocate it to the outstanding orders? Where are back orders dealt with and how does this part of Zen work! We are dealing with foreign suppliers and stock is ordered in with a seven day delivery time to us. Many thanks for any help anyone can provide! Chris
