VAT Not Showing On Order

Hi,

I have a new store which we have put test orders through without any errors, today though we recieved an order which showed no VAT being added?

I recreated the exact same order but once again the VAT was included?

Has anyone seen anything like this? I am a little confused.

Just for clarity, I have checked the zones to make sure the county the customer was from is in there.

Any help would be appreciated as this store is live !!

Just in case anyone has the same issue, the problem I was having was resolved by switching Basis Of Product Tax to Billing (it was previously set to store).

This can be found in Configuration -> My Store
