hi i was changing some thing via shop/admin and now i cant get in!

it returns 1146 Table 'MYSQL0669.sessions' doesn't exist been on the phone with my isp and all they are saying is the file sessions.MYL is not in the database i have worked out how to add a new one but as for how many fields i need iam a bit lost!!

thanks very much got it up and running again but i have lost all items (42) that i had all ready put in are they now hiding somewhere or do i have to start again ?

Sounds like your host is having database problems, whether they're owning up to it or not.
Tables don't just "disappear", and content doesn't just "disappear".
The only way Zen Cart lets you delete products is via the admin interface, one at a time (or one whole category at a time by deleting the category).
If all your products have disappeared and individual parts of MySQL engine structural files are disappearing, then your hosting company is clearly having database problems or else is being hacked.

If they won't own up to it and commit to finding out the cause and fixing it, then ... run to another host. You can't run a business on such a host.

Now, maybe they're trying to be helpful and figure things out for you -- that's great. One would have expected them to react by looking at a backup ... but then again if they don't do regular backups of their server I suppose they wouldn't have that option.

If you've made your own backups, you should be able to recover the data. If not, you'll have to start over.

right got to up and running again i have got some pic's left in there but on products for sale or Categories but i have got the logo still and a ez-page ive done !!

so some of its there !!

it not to bad if i have lost all the products i done 42 in 4-5 hours and that was with scanning in and modding the pic before posting so i think i done well !!!

If you've made your own backups, you should be able to recover the data. If not, you'll have to start over.

This is very important issue backing up your db before you do something. I back my db at least twice a week and my catalog every week)
Ask your host how often they do backups and if its a Hot or Cold backup.
Don't rely on your host to do this. It only take a few minutes in most case to do a backup.
If you do not know how then please let us know and we will figure it out for you.

and running the drop table for the sessions would have had NOTHING to do with dropping products
