how do i put text into a sidebox

Hi there,

I want to put some text explaining that:

VAT is not charged to orders from outside the EU, and that currency conversion is only an estimate and may change from the amount actually taken from a credit card

In the currency sidebox. I've found the tpl_currencies.php but dont know what to change - any help would be really appreciated

Would a different box be okay? It would be pretty simple to add the required text to the Blank Sidebox addon from the downloads section.
