One Time Charge / Need To Remove

Hi,

I have set up a store and all has been working well. A new category was added, and when I add attributes to a product in that category, I'm getting a One Time Charges Apply (when, there are none - see pdf).

Any thoughts as to why this would show up?

From you image - there did not appear to be any charges??? They were all "0" but this is not where you look for this as there is a one-time factor and offset that you must have entered some value into for the attribute

Where do I find that? I looked all over... but, no luck.

Attributes controller > select the product > select the attribute > scroll down

 Price     	 Weight    	 Order   	 One Time   Price Factor:   Offset:     	 One Time Factor:   Offset:

That's the weird part... all those are set to 0.
