Trouble with my new template and language switching.

Hello,
I have just installed a new commercial template on my website. Everything seems fine except when I switch languages I get a 404 error message that the page is not found, not matter what page I'm on (main page, product, categories...).
I thnik I found the problem but I don't know how to fix it:
on the other templates the URL when I change languages is:
alternaboutique.com/index.php?main_page=index&cPath=1&language=fr

while with this template the url is:
alternaboutique.com/index.php?main_page=index.php&cPath=1&language=fr

the difference being:
main_page=index&cPath
versus
main_page=index.php&cPath
Could anybody tell me how to fix this please?

Where did you get the template?

Unfortunately, you will have to contact Algozone for a solution to this as it looks as they have taken license and changed the stock code and we have no way to determine where or how much of this they have done
