CSS not working

I just installed zencart, and my css is not working at all. Does anyone know why this might be? The site is at http://vangorderartaz.com/zc/index.php.

I would suggest a permissions problem with loading your css files , I get this error when trying to look at your css files.

You do not have permission for this request /zc/includes/templates/classic/css/stylesheet.css

Check your permissions for this directory / file on your hosting.

Also, try renaming your .htaccess file to htaccess_off and see if that corrects it and if so edit this file for the reason
