Links not clickable in IE6&7

This problem just started happening yesterday. I can't attribute it to any one change.

In the main section (not the header or footer) all links are unclickable when using IE. FF is fine (as usual).

I'm posting in this forum because I have a feeling it's related to CSS.

I have IE7 and all the links are clickable

I used IE6 and was able to navigate products, add to shopping cart and check out using the paypal button.

Don't look for an order though. The items are not gender appropriate for me.

Sorry to everyone for not getting back to update my post.
I found out that this problem occurs in IE (for some reason). the fix was to add code to my cSS:

a {position:relative;}

That fixed the link problem.

I had the same problem with buttons not being clickable in IE6. Reading this post helped me fix the problem but created a new problem. I have a background image titling for the login page and after I fixed the buttons issue the background image will not title. Can anyone give suggestions as to why this is happening?
