I've uploaded 3 times now and I used Filezilla to upload the lot so I am pretty certain that everything went up OK

1. Did you do a fresh clean install of Zen Cart on the new server before uploading your customizations, as per the FAQ?
2. Did you preserve the 2 configure.php files generated by the install process before uploading your customizations ... so you could make sure you put them back after the upload happened?
The configure.php files are server-specific. The reason for doing the fresh install first was simply to create the correct file content for this specific server.
3. Do you have access to your server's errorlog? What errors are appearing in the log when you get the blank screen in the browser?

Thank you I found the Problem I got caught with the steps trying to do to many things at the same time.
