SQL error not sure why

Ok i am loading in Ebay Exporter and when i do it get this error on the main website and have to uninstall the SQL

Can anyone help me with this problem

I just tryed to install the SQL for the BUY safe Module and now it did the same thing but now i can't uninstall that SQL because it didn't have a Uninstall SQL please HELP asap need to get the website back up and running

TRUNCATE TABLE db_cache;
ALTER TABLE db_cache CHANGE cache_data cache_data mediumblob;

Ok i ran that and it worked
