Merchant Anywhere Payment Module Revised for Zencart 1.3.6 and Prior

Attached is the revised Merchant Anywhere Payment module for Zencart versions 1.3.6 and prior. There is an additional post in this forum with the 1.3.7.x version.

This is a critical update to the module as it did not properly handle connection failures and declined transactions. For example, testing with credit card number 411111111111111 with any future expiry date resulted in a completed sale when it should have been declined.
