    Default Re: creating a php.ini

What are you or how are you checking this?
I am just looking at the "System Inspection Results" and pushing the "Re-Check" button on the "Zen Cart Setup - System Inspection" page after trying different things with the php.ini file.

If someone had an example of a valid php.ini file to change this setting, that would be great. Seeing as how I need to copy it into all directories with php files, I would like to get it right before I duplicate it across all directories.

And what of running in cgi mode? Is this gong to be a problem and in what way? My host said they cannot change to apache module.

I would just continue with the install and apply the changes after installed as these are moatle directives that can be changed back & forth as needed.

Your host might have phpsuexec installed and with this php runs as cgi and this is standard and not an main issue. Others can and do run one version as an Apache mod and another as cgi allowing you to use either.
