I'm looking for information on sending emails to ask customers to review products they purchased.

1.) how do I set this up? is there a tutorial or wiki available?
2.) is it possible to send these emails out 2 weeks after purchase date?
3.) can a link be included in the email to point to the product in order to help expedite the process for the customer.
