i used Version 1.3.7,

i install the Zone Shipping Module as Follow :

Enable Zones Method
True

Catch All unlisted
True

Tax Class

Sort Order

Zone 1 Countries

Zone 1 Shipping Table
5000:5.00,10000:7.00,20000:8.00,30000:9.00,99000:150

Zone 1 Handling Fee

AT,BE,CY,CZ,DE,DK,EE,ES,FI,FR,GB,GR,HU,IE,IT,LT,LU,LV,MT,PL,PT,SE,SI,SK

Zone 2 Shipping Table

Zone 2 Handling Fee

than i tried on the user end side by making a trial order,

but when the check out process : after i chose the Zone, then want to go to Step 2, i always getting page error : says :
Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /public_html/store/includes/languages/english/modules/shipping/zones.php:59) in /public_html/store/includes/functions/functions_general.php on line 44

What Should i do?? i used table rate Module also got this kind of message :
