Hi All

Upgrading to 1.3.7 and think I found an issue with rounding in the cart total.

I've found a few threads like this:

However, I'm not quite sure if 1.3.7 is supposed to have handled this, etc.

Is anyone else experiencing a rounding issue in 137?

Here's an example:

Sub-Total: $5.95
Shipping: $0.78
(So far, should be $6.73)
VA TAX 6.0%: $0.41
(0.06 x 6.73 = 0.4038 -- so, tax should really be $0.40, not $0.41)
Total: $7.14
