Audio Preview

Hi I have followed all the instruction about audio preview talked about in this thread

but in the cart there is no media collection image showing for me to preview the audio.
Any ideas guys?

I forgot to add that when they have played a short version of it, when they add it to the basket it needs tobe the full version.
