File upload

We are using the file upload attribute. When we go to the order in admin it has a link to the files that were uploaded. We have an option to upload more then one file. On one of our sites everything works fine.

We have another site that is just a duplicate of the other site. However when you look at the order in ADMIN only one of the uploaded files is hyperlinked. Anyone know why that could happen. I have checked the code for both sites and they match.

Are they running the same version of Zen for both sites?

Our 1.3.7 site is using the "upload attribute" and we aren't seeing any link to the uploaded image in the admin > customer > order

I wonder if this was working in an older version and not working in a later version.

Can you provide more detail to confirm where you are seeing that link?

Go to ADMIN>Customers>Orders>

then just pick an order number. and click edit... attached is a screenshot of a test order. As you can see one hyperlink is working and hte other isnt. I cant figure out why this is happening.

Unfortunately this link to the uploaded image is not appearing on our "orders"; I wonder if you installed a module?
