Help with Weight table costs

I am tryeing to set up the shipping costs using the cost per kg table module
my tbale entry looks like this 3:49,9:65,24:110,100:125
and when a produkt has the weight 3 it should have the shipping cost 49?
But it gets the costs 65, does anyone know why?
i have to set the table to 5:49,9:65,24:110,100:125 to get the correct shipping cost for the product with the weight 3.

In configuration->shipping/packaging what have you got allocated for the tare weights?

These tare weights get added (think of them as an extra packing weight), removing them (setting them to zero) should clear up your issue
