Define Main Page (missing from my template)

As outlined in the edited screenshot provided, I need to display another element on the home page (just a simple table with images and text).

As far as I can tell, define_main_page isn't included in my template's tpl_main_page. Is there a simple solution to display my own include for the home page only?

define_main_page isn't usually included in tpl_main_page. Rather it's included in tpl_index_default and tpl_index_categories. You IF statement should go in there and take advantage of the $this_is_homepage variable.

Found what I was looking for in tpl_index_default. Didn't need to use an if statement or anything elaborate.

A simple include("....") was all that was required.
