Header alt text

I have deleted the logo in the top left hand corner of the header (the one saying Zen art of e commerce)
But am now lext with a box with a red cross in and the words HEADER_ALT_TEXT
Has anyone any ideas on how to get rid of this, I can not see which file to amend.
Something of a Zen beginner here

The file that continues to try to output a logo image, even though you have deleted the file is your includes/templates/YOUR_TEMPLATE/common/tpl_header.php file.
