product with attributes stock

Hi,


We have installed the 'product with attributes stock' management plugin.

We turns out that there is no problem to add quantities to variants in the back offiice but variants values (or options) do not appear by variants in the Front Office.

Options were already set up (colors and sizes for example) and they appeared correctly in the online products menu before the installation of the plugin.

Plus, I still don't know what is the 'Sync Quantities' in the 'product with attributes stock' management.

Do you mean that stock quantities don't appear next to attributes on the product information page? If so, then they're not supposed to. This is discussed repeatedly in the support thread for this mod.

That synchronises the quantities for the individual attribute combinations with the total quantity figure for the product. It's only really relevant if you want to turn off the attribute stock for a product as thus revert to managing stock at product level for that product.

thank you for your answer about stock by attibutes but i would mean that attribute values don't appear on the product information page, not stock quantities.

ie : For Colors we defined values (black, red, green). The attribute 'Colors' appears on the product information page but there are no values in the dropdown.
Attributes were already set up and they appeared correctly in the dropdown before the installation of the plugin.

Products with Attributes Stock is an old module that is not compatible with current versions of Zen Cart. What version of Zen Cart are you using?
