If stumbled upon this template...

...and fell in love with it. Does anyone know if it is available for download or at a reasonable price?
I found it mentioned and/or spotlighted on a few different sites including the ones above but they are all in Polish and i can't seem to get any on-line translators to work with any of them at the moment.
Any help would be appreciated!
