I am selling out of Arizona, and have a question about shipping. I ship boxes that are always the same size and the same weight, but are perishable. Currently, I have 2 shipping options:

1. Per Item Shipping - Standard Rate of $10.
2. Per Item Shipping - Expedited Rate (3-Day shipping) of $32.

I have read through the Zones module, and the new Region Tables module, but neither seem to do what I want.

I need all the 48 states to have both options, except for the East Coast. Is there a way, when the customer's address is on the East Coast, for them NOT to have the Standard Shipping Option, ONLY the 3-Day shipping?

I posted a question once before, but never received an asnwer . I have learned a lot more about Zen Cart, so hopefully someone can give me some help this time.
