Issue date not showing in Credit card module

I upgraded my zencart a few months ago but just realised I've lost the issue date field when a customer enters their credit card details.

you will have to re-apply whatever module you had added,
stock ZC cc module does not include this

Maybe I never had it in the first place then!

Is there a credit card module that splits the credit card number into email and web like the stock module and includes start date? I use a manual machine in my shop to process orders at the moment and this seems like the most secure way.
