If my categories and sub categories text is to long it drops down to a new line and does not render very well. Is there any other alternative to having the category text drop onto a new line i.e. how do I extend the box a little.

Take a look in your admin control panel
Layout Settings / Column Width - Left Boxes the default is 150px you can set it to as wide as necessaryVarious Zen cart sites !
